Since the 2nd of September till the 7th of October the International Photographic Festival Noorderlicht takes place in Holland for the 19th time. This Festival is one of the largest events in the world. The Festival mainly takes place in the exhibiting areas of some museums in the town of Heerenveen. The key subject of the Festival this year is «Terra Cognita». Different creations of 115 photographers from 36 countries represent the relationship between people and nature. Rena Effendi takes part in Noorderlicht 2012 with her project “Liquid Land”. Some works of all participants are presented in the site of the Festival.
