Monday, March 21 at 19.00 at the one of the MMoMA venue (17 Ermolaevsky Lane) there will be the opening of the exhibition by gallery Photographer.ru author Sergei Chilikov Migrant Workers within the festival Fashion and Style in Photography 2011.
The last photographer’s series on which he had worked in 2009 will be presented. The building of mansion near Moscow served as a model. In the shot there are workers – Tajik and Uzbek dressed into jumpsuits, willingly posing and playing up to the cameraman photographed in Chilikov’s inherent wide and vital manner. By making a series dedicated to former Soviet Republics newcomers who came to earn money Sergei Chilikov once again proved his reputation of a contemporary photographer.
The exhibition is on view till April 17, 2011.
