On September 9 another SI Fest international photography festival opened in Savignano sul Rubicone (Italy). Among the event’s participants was the author of the agency and gallery Photographer.ru Alexander Gronsky.
The 20th consecutive SI Fest coordinated by Stefania Rцssl and Massimo Sordi was entitled Fragile and was dedicated to relations between a man and his living environments.
The festival will include a group exhibition Global Photography, which traditionally involves ten photographers from around the world, including the author of the Photographer.ru agency and gallery, Alexander Gronsky, with his works from the series The Edge. The exhibition is called Occupancy and according to the organisers’ concept it reveals “human attempts, both individual and collective, to find a place in the world.” The project will also feature Frank Breuer (Germany), Frederic Delangle (France), Bas Princen (the Netherlands) and other renowned masters of landscape photography.
The festival will run until September, 25.
